I would not stay here again

The hotel is off highway , I didnt realize totally right there so the noise volume was high. The hotel is butt against a factory or shipping dock that rings at 4am or earlier.

The trip was great but the hotel was very disappointing. Dirty and overpriced

The free breakfast was good but that was about it.

The place was dirty, water damage on the ceiling, all of the sheets were stained, the carpets looked stained.

Wasn't expecting the Waldorf but this was the BATES Hotel in Real Life:-(

The staff does the best they can with what they have.

The place is nasty. The pool was murky and you could see the dirt sedating on top - couldn't see the bottom. The photos must be from the grand opening years ago. The breakfast was disappointing, not that we were expecting much but the eggs came out of a bowl and were wet, not yolky- they were wet. The room and hallway carpet was more then stained it was dirty and the wallpaper was peeling everywhere, it's even more nasty to look up from a shower to peeling wallpaper. The towels are dingy and not properly replaced as I think it was still staged from the previous roomer since there was only one face towel. So happy we didn't need to use the courtesy shuttle, it was more banged up then a wrecked car and the driver smelled like booze and looked worse, like it had been a long night in a sketchy part of town, LOL.
