The room and the view were very pretty. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

There was always loud music at the pool so you couldn't just relax and look at the ocean. Lots of drunk guests by the pool. The ocean in front of the hotel is not safe to swim in.

Great location

Location is great.

Property is on the water but you can go to the beach there. There is no beach. Have to walk down a bit and use the public one. The pool didnt have towels available. The elevators and walk areas were soaking wet from people walking through dripping. Rooms could use some TLC. There is no refrigerator in the room. It doesnt even keep the mini bar items cold.

So beautiful. Nice clean and beautiful view have never seen anything like it.

I didnt like how they didnt tell me whatever was in the bar in the room was not complimentary. No menu or price list or anything just a fridge full to me this is upselling illegal. Smh

Very good

The location was perfect, our ocean view room was a dream. The staff is all extremely friendly and helpful!

Cosmetic upgrades needed in the room, common areas and exterior to match the ambiance and rates. However they were performing upgrades to the outside during our stay, people staying on the lagoon side couldnt open their curtains because of construction.
