Nice hotel but poor location

Great stylish hotel

Location wise unless you need to be in downtown its a dump, my wife and daughters were afraid to walk outside in the streets around here.

5 stars stay in downtown LA

Great location in downtown LA, comfortable room. We really enjoyed dinks at the bar and the terrace with a view of the Broad museum. 5 stars

Breakfast room can get busy and you might have to wait. Food was good but pricey.

OVERHYYPED.

The garage was fantastic excellent service for leaving, picking up my car. Rooms very comfortable

The reception area is too small and crowded. The restaurants are too small, modest menu. ONE IS OUTDOORS and was closed because of RAIN. So I went to the OMNI for dinner. This place is POORLY designed , too small restaurants . Difficult to understand staff.

Enjoyed the friendliness and cleanliness!

I enjoyed the friendly staff and how attentive they were! Extremely fast room service etc. Mr.Terry/ front desk receptionist from Little Rock- was Extremely friendly!!

Only complaint- the hot water doesn't get super hot. Even after you push the safety button it still wasn't super hot.

A great stay at one of the newest and most conveniently located 5* hotels in LA

We liked the interior design of the hotel (both of the common areas like the reception, restaurants, terrace, and bar, but also of the room), the attention to detail and friendliness of staff, the food (both breakfast and dinner), the heating outdoor pool, the turndown service.

We would have appreciated a jacuzzi and more variety of activities at the spa.
