Special commendations for Akhil, Arbin and Bheemul from the front desk, Damree at the swimming pool, waiters Andrew from le barachois restaurant and Ravish from Asian restaurant who all made our stay exceptional. We loved the Asian restaurant and le barachois the best!

Our stay at JW Marriott Mauritius was exceptional! The beachfront room was a perfect retreat. Special kudos to Neha for her invaluable assistance via WhatsApp, addressing all our queries promptly and arranging a complimentary late checkout. The daily complimentary coconuts added a delightful touch to our beachside experience - where in our opinion - the staff seemed to be most experienced and friendly, most notably Vimal and Rikish. Highly recommended for a memorable getaway.

Coming here we felt like we arrived heaven.

I loved everything about this hotel EVERYTHING. It was beyond expectations. We came here after a 4 day safari trip (which also was amazing but exhausting) and coming here we felt like we arrived heaven. I had never been to an hotel which has this type of customer service. Each staff member we encountered was very helpful and very polite. I will not forget Youdish which arranged us a very very special dinner which we'll never forget, the waiter which I forgot to ask his name on the Le Barachois -funniest & kindest man on the entire hotel-, the lovely Spa Manager and the polite waiter working near the pool. Thanks guys for everything :). The pool and pool bar is very relaxing. I loved the white sands, the sea, the frangipanis (all around), the geckos, our room design, the view (each room has its own view), the desert buffet! and the food! I can write more & more but I will stop here :). I really felt like I was in heaven and we are still missing that place, those days. Hope to come in the next years so much!

We loved the restaurants and fine dining every day! however I would have liked a couple more buffet nights. Also even water is priced (if you are in half board) on the dinners. Sometimes we didn't feel like we were full and felt hungry afterwards. Also (this is not a negative side) however people might expect animation & entertainment on nights - it was mostly a honeymooner hotel - so do expect serenity :).
