    There is luxury breakfast and decorating into outdoors
    We went for holidays with friends and family we booked 2 rooms the checking was late around after 40 minutes but another room it was ready at 2:00 pm.the first we hadnt towels and slippers and the bedsheets covered very bad.usually in 5 star hotel everything should be ready before the guests coming and after 1 hours they bring a bottle of water.only looks like high quality hotel from outside.i have a photos that confirm but I dont want to upload.and dinner it was weak.

    Breakfast was well and also location.
    Staff, cleaning,the cleaners smell very bad and they forgot to put the towels and slippers away asked them and they bring after 30 mints. and it wasnt 5 star hotel I visited many hotels even 3 star very clean and much better but this hotel unfortunately wasnt you cant enjoy of ur holidays more than 2 days. Extra charge for 4 soft drinks and 2 fries chips 25 euro.and we went with family as 2 rooms but the checking was 2:40 pm because it wasnt ready with 2 small kids

    Good location, but very limited options for All-inclisive.
    Good location, right next to the beach and next to the walking route.
    All-inclusive has very limited options. Get ready to pay extra for everything. For instance, juice (not fresh), frape (Cyprus coffee), let alone alco drinks are s at an extra charge. We invited friends for lunch and it cost 40 Eur per person (including children).

    Staff. Especially the africans ones. Fighting all the time in front of us. The first 2 days we had to call them to bring us towels and the 3rd day they didnt even clean the room. We return at 17:00 to the room and when we told them that they havent clean the room their behaviour was very bad. Rooms need renovation.

    The room was spacious enough for 5* The bed was comfortable. The lighting in the bedroom was good. The choice of available mirrors. The TV worked. Kettle provided. Fridge provided. The area is a buzzing touristic place. Busy also during the evenings and nights. Good if you like the night life and options of many bars and pubs.
    The hotel is not 5* standard in my opinion. It felt more like 3*. I found the lighting in the bathroom to be quite dim. The bathtub felt a bit tight. The shower pressure a bit weak. The safe box was not included in the price. You have to pay a separate charge if you wanted to use it in order to keep your valuables, cash and passport safe. A few other things were not included. My view from the balcony was not nice. This was my first time in Cyprus. I was there for my friend's wedding. The beaches are very busy, overcrowded. I did not experience the culture. Due to the highly touristic nature of the area I guess it makes sense to cater mainly for the tourists. I'm sorry for the negative review. I guess I am comparing to my other beach holidays where I've paid the same price for a 3* hotel and guest houses in a more scenic area with no overcrowding in the area and safebox available to use with no extra cost. I admit I am biased as I originate from a tropical island where the beaches are crystal clear with no overcrowding and not as built up with very high Hotels back to back.

    The hotel in general and Maria on reception was great to deal with.
    Christmas day lunch was a complete let down .We arrived ten minutes before the doors opened at the restaurant and could hear the kitchen and restaurant staff havening a great old time singing and dancing to music. When the doors opened for the guests what a let down no sign of Christmas in fact guests where coming in from the pool and the beach dresses just as they are We have over the years stayed at various hotels and Christmas lunch was always formal attire this was far from that no decorations you would think it was just a normal day. Although we would return to the hotel we would not have Christmas lunch there we would attend the blue spice where the day is celebrated properly.
