    Excellent food. Good service. Recently renovated rooms and bathrooms.
    Noise until 1am with music and karaoke being too loud outside. Dated pool facilities in need of renovation.

    Exceptional staff. Clean hotel with great facilities
    The staff at the hotel are exceptional and really made our stay. This was a relax on the beachfront, swim, read books kind of family holiday for us. Our daughter got her diving certification there which I would recommend doing. The sea is amazing.
    Protaras is ultra touristy, so suggest hiring a car for the more authentic Cyprus or mentally prepare for seeing Elvis!!

    Very good, would go back to this hotel without a doubt if we return to Cyprus
    reception great, inside bar area great, all staff were very friendly, room was very good. We didnt make breakfast so cant comment on the food here. Outside bar was great, outside drinking area had a fantastic view. Reserved sunbeds (for the whole week we were there) were fabulous, a lot of other hotels have stopped reserving sunbeds but this hotel still does reserve them...big things for us getting up late-ish
    The Pool needs retiling, a lot of tiles were missing and it needs a refurb. Not the cheapest hotel for drinks and snacks but that was expected. Having to come home I didn't enjoy!!

    great location near the beach. a bit loud, but this is to be expected.
    Great location on the beach. Great breakfasts, good coffee. Sufficiently good soundproofing. Underground parking.
    Older "gentleman" at the restaurant area was exceptionally unprofessional and disrespectful towards guests, especially females. During breakfast, he was for minutes passively-aggressively trying to invade the personal space of a British lady who was filling the water kettles. All this just to empty the water tray, which resulted in her bumping into him as she was turning around to leave. Other run-ins happened during dinners. Extremely unpleasant.

    Have been to this hotel 3 times. Would definitely recommend.
    Perfect location and facilities. Exceptionally clean, fantastic staff, plentiful and completely fresh produce for breakfast buffet.
