Nice hotel

Great location, clean and nice hotel in general. Loved the chocolate amenity.

But we got a terrible room with a view to the inside yard and literally we facing the kitchen windows. We asked to switch (we were traveling to celebrate our anniversary and mentioned it while booking too), but were told there are no rooms to move. Sad.

Superb

the perfect base for a few days stay in Reims.

i liked a lot of things about this hotel, the location, the style, the friendliness of most of the staff, the beds and bed linen, closet space, the great breakfast and tea selection in the bar.

the room i had this time was really large and seemed a bit empty. Maybe some art would have helped make it feel more cosy

Fabulous location near shopping, dining, park, and train. Great restaurant and bar staff. Very comfortable bed, pillows, and the provided toiletries were lovely.

An older hotel, the floors creaked loudly in our room (impossible not to wake up a sleeping partner) and from above. There was no chance of sleeping in...
