    Good location to walking distance to beach. Friendly staff and guests. Room was comfortable. Common areas were clean and it was nice to have balconies to enjoy being outside.
    Would have liked more for breakfast besides toast and coffee. The size of TV was small. The pool table was very worn.

    Nice location but inconvenient lock system.
    Having to use a third-party app to lock and unlock the door was inconvenient. We had three people staying in the room, and the other two had to rely on me to lock and unlock the door, which made it difficult for us to go out separately. There is no need to complicate the check-in and access process by requiring use of this app.

    Would stay again!
    The gentleman on reception was friendly and very helpful from the minute we arrived. The hotel location is great and near to the beach and shops / restaurants.
    The food and drink facilities were disappointing and it would have been nice to have fresh coffee available and better breakfast choices.

    Decent enough for the price and safe area
    Central, local, convenient walk to the beach, restaurants and shopping.
    Its on a main road so there was quite a bit of traffic which made it noisy. My room was in the front where there was also construction going on next door (no fault of the hotel); but awoke for the 3 day stay to drilling, banging and yelling of construction workers. Its an older building and it shows it age: Old windows with poor insulation (noise), chipped paint in many areas, visible poor Sheetrock work, patch work in the bathroom from a previous leak from the ceiling which is leading to mildew/mold. Heard a lot of noise in the hallway from the staff and other guests in the morning and slamming of the doors( including mine when I left the room). They dont seem to believe in the use of wash cloths-had to request them. Only received them one night out of the 3.

    Good luck solving an issue if it arises
    The hotel didn't honor my reservation, so I couldn't stay. Nevertheless, the front desk clerk was kind enough to allow me and my partner to go up and at least take a shower. But we didn't have towels or anything (because we weren't staying) so we left.
    -The hotel didn't honor our reservation but charged me. They claimed "Booking.com" was the one that cancelled it. Booking says that the reservation was confirmed and that the hotel charged it already and they cannot do anything to refund me. Today (11/29) I called the hotel and they claim I never showed up, and now need to review security camera footage to prove I was there... one cannot make this up. Now I'll need to wait for who knows how long to get a reply, and probably never sort this out. -The front desk clerk (I think his name was Julian) had the least helpful attitude. As a Puerto Rican I know that we can have low tolerance at times, but he works in hospitality: you represent the Island to our tourists, learn to deal with it or get another job. As a positive note: he was kind enough to allow me and my partner to go up and at least take a shower, even though we decided to leave.

    not great. wouldve been a lot better though if not for the bed bugs that they are not addressing.
    i liked the location but that was pretty much it. amenities were very basic, pool is tiny and rooftop terrace has minimal maintenance.
    we got bed bugs from our stay and did not get compensated nor did we get a reply from management after a call and email. On top of that, they charged us an additional $70 fee for basic room cleaning services that hotels would normally do for free.. its basic room keeping. no microwave or any type of drinking/eating utensils or equipment in room.
