    I already knew the location and the restaurant which is my favourite in Hull. The room was clean, comfortable and staff had accommodated my request.
    My stay was marred by the taxi from Hull Cars, phoned for by reception, not turning up with no warning, causing me to have a panic attack as I thought I'd miss my train (I did) and therefore my flight which I did catch in the end. However it was a horribly stressful end to my stay in the UK. I don't blame the hotel, but hope they will never use Hull Cars again. My son will be cancelling his very lucrative airport trips with them.

    Friendly staff and located near to plenty of bits
    The hotel was nice and clean and close by to a few places to eat, and the ASDA. It is just off the main road too so it is easy to get to.

    room very large very good and the restaurant was down stairs.
    room was lovely , but we had to ask for extra heating as the room was very cold.

    It was there and it was dry and warm
    The location is not great for the city centre, not so much the distance as the neighbourhood you walk through. There were no staff there to check us in.

    Good stay, would recommend
    I do like the Cornmill, and it's close to where we have a reunion, so walking distance at the Ritzy. It is cheap, clean and the staff are very friendly.
    My only bad comment was in room five, the toilet didn't flush properly despite holding the button for a long time, several times. Also extra for parking but I guess if you don't drive this keeps the price down.

    Looks nice and clean and in good location
    The beds were terrible very uncomfortable and noisy when moving about the heating was also noisy through the night
