Premises were secure. Loved the gated parking. My room had an odd smell, but otherwise clean and comfortable.

Lovely place with lovely staff, we had a great time!

The beds were comfy and the room was nice and clean, the staff were really lovely and helpful! There was a private car park which was gated so we knew our car was safe!

Great value in a clean and spacious room with easy walking access to the centre of Hull

The room was spacious and well equipped with TV, well stocked coffee/tea making facilities, warm and spacious. The room was great value and clean. Secure gated parking with remote fob was a real bonus. Good walking access to the centre and friendly host. Good value for money and would stay again.

The outside area/street is not the most pleasant (at least on a cold wet day) and not easy to drive around but soon addressed with secure gated parking. The electric shower was a challenge with very little pressure and a knack to get hot but not an issue that would stop me coming back
