    Location of the hotel and the breakfast served in another building.So you have to come out of the room building to another building next to it in order to have your breakfast.

    Roof top has a nice view. And the location is ok
    at first, the toilet didnt flush and it was pretty hot. We asked for the air-conditioning to be on and it wasnt, slept very uncomfortably.

    4* hotel with no toiletries, only one towel. The room was poorly kept, the bed post was ripped and torn, bed was not comfortable, there were lizards in the room. Much too overpriced for the conditions...2* hotel at most.

    The room was very nice and clean, the staff was friendly and the included breakfast was nice! It's easy to reach the city center by bus within 5 minutes. There's a huge supermarket in walking distance.
    The WiFi was a bit unstable.

    Functional hotel outside of Verona
    Pleasant staff, quiet hotel and comfortable clean room. Adequate breakfast
    The location is abiut 25 minutes from the Peurto Nuova train station and we found there were no restaurants or cafes nearby so not ideal for our purposes and there was no kettle in the room to make a hot drink. Bus stop was about 10 minute walk.

    Dont take the 4 stars too seriously.
    We wanted to leave the bags 2 hours before the check in, arriving there the receptionist told us that our room was already ready for us and allowed us to make an early check-in, which was really awesome!!! Overall the room and bathroom were good.
    The air conditioning wasnt working and we tried 3 times to go to the receptionist and she told us that it was working perfectly (it was not). We had to sleep with the windows open in a really warm day and were all sweaty when waking up. At the elevator was a sign saying that we could have a drink at the rooftop, which was closed when we went there (a Saturday night). The breakfast had a great variety of things but none of them were really good. The croissants looked like old and espresso was not good.

    A nice modern hotel with a great breakfast.
    The hotel is clean and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very nice and extensive. The rooms are very modern decorated. The roof terrace is very enjoyable, and a nice addition to the stay.
    The location is a bit far from the city, but that we knew. The road to the hotel is next to a busy industrial way, so we advise to take the bus (which the staff is very helpful with!)
