    All went well, but I was there only for an overnight stay.
    The accomodations were comfortable and clean. The staff were professional and courteous and the breakfast was abundant and satisfying. The servers were extremly nice, helpful and friendly. It has a shuttle for the airport, which was extremely important for me.

    Friendliness of all the staff . Nice reception and pool area . Room and bed very comfortable with updated bathroom and wardrobes . Good food in restaurant perhaps could have done with a few more choices when staying 7 nights. Bar drinks a bit pricey but good hand poured measures. Very well situated between Verona and Lake Garda on the main motorway between Venice and Milan not far from airport runway. (good sound proofing ) Very good courtesy mini bus which has to be pre booked. Taxi cost 22 from taxi rank near the arena back to hotel late night.
    Started doing building work in the lift vestibule on the third floor 3 days before our departure. No mention this when booking or on arrival . Had to negotiate breeze blocks,rolled up carpet and a variety of snaking cables. Very poor on health and safety,no signage to warn you of the danger which my wife found very difficult due to her restricted vision. No full length mirror in the room .

    The bedroom was spacious, modern well equipped and very comfortable. The pool area is lovely.
    A big construction project at the rear of the pool area proved to be noisy during the day.

    Reception staff was excellent. They helped us a lot when we came without our luggage wich airlinecompany did lost somewhere between mnchen and verona. Restaurant was good and they had excellent list of wines. Hotel has own free shuttlebus to/from Verona and to/from airport.

    Good staff, unfortunate location of hotel next to building site, need more investment to bring hotel
    The room was large and had been updated recently to a high standard. The hotel was well run by a professional team. All staff were of high calibre and mostly friendly. The breakfasts were good and plenty of choice. The shuttle bus was excellent and helped make our holiday. There were two or three local excellent restaurants in walking distance. The pool appeared to be clean and the hotel looked in general to be clean.
    The major problem for our holiday was evident when we looked out of our hotel window on day one. Directly behind the pool and perimeter hedge was a huge construction site. Work started at 07.30 until 17.00 every work day. This was not disclosed to us either by booking.com or hotel Saccardi although this was more than evident. This was not a new construction site as you could see the mass of work undertaken previously. Obviously staying around the pool was unpleasant due to the noise and the proximity of the diggers. We did complain to the management team. If we had booked this hotel purely to stop by the pool it would have been horrendous, but we went out most days. You could not eat your breakfast outside because of the noise. The hotel carpets on our floor were all stained badly. Either clean them or get new ones. The ceiling covering on our corridor had been removed and covered with sheets as workmen were working on it. The hotel was less than one fifth full so why put us in this area? Not all the rooms had been upgraded possibly. Two of the staff were unfriendly and one waiter was down right rude.
