    The Crowne Plaza Verona Fiera received positive reviews for its welcoming and accommodating staff, as well as its great food at the restaurant. The rooms were modern and nicely decorated. Guests enjo (Read More)yed the well-served and delicious evening meals and breakfast buffet. Some guests were disappointed that there was no IHG lounge. The staff spoke English well and the rooftop bar was described as amazing. The hotel had clean and comfortable rooms, a decent fitness area, rooftop terrace bar, and free on-site parking.

    Not what I expected for the money spent
    The room was super clean
    The indoor pool was cold, the room set up was for one person only when I booked for 2 people. The gym is very small and cant be considered a fitness centre I called reception to find out about the shuttles to the city and I was told I should have booked in advance as if I did something wrong only to find out at check out that the shuttle service was available at specific times and was available to us.

    Had a lovely time, special thanks to Ana and lovely staff
    Staff was very helpful and we enjoyed the shuttle service to city which is very valuable as its really difficult to get a parking slot in the city
    Room just had only one water bottle for a two night stay.

    1-The heating was not working, and the room was freezing at night. 2-The pool wasn't heated, and it was too cold. 3-The breakfast was too limited and with no options. 4-The room was not cleaned enough!

    Good location.
    The hotel looked like it was once nice. We booked it on very short notice, because the other hotel we had booked had mold in the room, so we just wanted something to stay two nights. While it was decent, this was by far the worst hotel Ive stayed in for a long time (I didnt that in the one with mold) Here are some of the highlights: The pillow was about as thick as the blanket, meaning it was absolutely useless There were stains everywhere, on the floor in the room as well as in the hallways The bed was not comfortable at all They do not offer slippers or bathrobes for the Sauna (I stay in a lot of hotels and have never experienced this) Everything in the hotel looked like it was about 15 years old, and whats unfortunate, is that it looked like it would have been nice 15 years ago, they just didnt do any maintenance at all

    If we back to verona, we back to Crowne Plaza
    One of the amazing hotels, although the hotel in located in entrance of industry area (there were NOT noise or sounds or any thing than can distribute the stay!). In addition, they arranged shuttle to Verona center (we didn't took it, we loved to walk 3-4 minutes to nearest bus station.
