Disappointing

Appalled

After confirming my request for quiet end corridor room was booked they put me in middle corridor noisy room and didn't change me to room I requested after asking. No communication beforehand at all about not honouring confirmed request. Carpet in room was stained brown in areas and tacky flooring.

Communication and room requested being given. Clean room.

Great staff, very clean, great bar and breakfast

staff cannot do enough for you, clean and convenient. The first hotel weve ever stayed in whereby the drinks prices at the bar werent over priced.

Good

Obviously we chose this hotel because it's near the airport and we had an early flight. The room was clean and comfortable and the bed was nice.

The restaurant did not open until 17h00 so there was no possibility of eating lunch in the hotel. There were no snacks in the room either ( which we had in every other hotel or b&b that we stayed in Scotland)
