The location and parking charges.

There's not enough seating at breakfast, not enough food it was almost empty and that was at 9am No phone in the room, which could be a little scary if you were a lone female.

Paid twice for one night stay

It was clean

The hotel took payment for my room even though I paid booking.com and Im still waiting for a refund after 2weeks, I rang 2 days ago and was told the manager would look into this that afternoon and email me that evening ( Im still waiting for the hotel to contact me back )
