Enjoyed location, but has some facility problems.

Location was the most important. Previous stay was great. Lots of great restaurants in the area.

The AC did not work correctly in our room #401. I asked them to fix it, if they did still did not work correctly. Temp outside was in 30's. Could not get room temp below at 73 at night. No problem with hot water in morning, but at night, NO HOT WATER. Bed mattress was very firm.

Spacious parking lot. Clean bathroom, bed, bedding. Free wifi.

I needed to ask for bottled water at the check-in counter. There were very few restaurants nearby, mostly pubs.

Very good

I booked a king room. None were available when I arrived so instead I was in a room with 2 queens. I wasnt offered a discount or even an apology. It was very frustrating. When I asked when the king would be available they had no idea.

Good for quick city trip

Good location to go to downtown or KeyBank Center.

No breakfast, only an expensive bistro in the lobby. Room was not prepared well, they knew were going to be 5 people, still only had 3 towels, no duvet covers, etc. No possibility to open window. No ventilation within bath room.
