Exceptional

The hotel is located in an amazing area. We were able to catch the local festivities. We were near well-known restaurants. We were a 5 minute drive from the downtown area. The staff here were amazing. We will stay here again in the future.

I was charged twice from the hotel, and it took nearly two weeks to be resolved.

There was urine on the toilet seat, a pubic hair on the seat, human hair in the sink and used open shampoo bottle in the shower. Almost seemed as if the bathroom was overlooked. The bedding was clean and comfortable otherwise

Most of the staff is friendly as long as you don't ask for extra towels. Breakfast is not included.

The hotel room was nice. The house keeping and bar staff were very nice and friendly.

We were told on check in that for our week stay there would be no room cleaning except on Wednesday but we could request towels. We did not have a problem with that until our last night there when we requested 6 towels for 3 people like we had each day. There were 3 of us and we went to the beach and showered twice a day due to that. The girl at the desk the last night was very rude when we asked for 6 towels and said housekeeping gave us 6 the day before. I told her we used them and needed more. She said hold on, left and came back and gave them to us but loudly in front of another customer said we can't just give out that many towels to everyone! We were paying to sleep and shower there for the week with no complimentary breakfast and apparently limited towels. Holiday Inn has never done that and has a really good complimentary breakfast. They will get our business going forward.
