Clean room, good breakfast, nice staff

Floor above had a bad squeak everytime someone walked. AC mad a loud noise while running.

Did not met or come close to my expectations.

Location was great for the family I was visiting.

The room was not cleaned the entire visit. The trash was never emptied. I had to go to the front desk to get clean towels after the first day and there were no towels available after the second day.

I always stay at holiday inn and this was the worst location I've ever been to.

The breakfast was great. The room seemed unfinished. Not enough towels so I had to go down to desk for towels.

It may be because Pensacola has dispensaries but many times while walking in and out the smell of weed was very strong

It says it's 100% tobacco free but the whole hotel smells like cigarettes. the room was not clean

It was wonderful

Breakfast was good, only with the hot menu changed a little more. we were there for three mornings and two of the three days had the exact same options.
