location - near and accessible room- clean and comfortable breakfast - food was okay but less options or choices

overall - i was satisfied with the service. just need to improve and offer food selection in the restaurants

Convenient place to stay if youre in Osaka for 2-3 days.

Near to Shin-Osaka Station. Easy check in and express check out. Staff were very nice. Beds are comfy. Rooms are spacious.

Anyone can access the guest room floors.

Great location. Great hotel. Bit away from central Osaka but makes up for it in every other way.

The location is perfect for day trips. The hotel is literally at the station, so our trip to Kyoto and leaving to Tokyo with our luggages was not a problem.

The surrounding not the most exciting. The main areas are 15 and 25 minutes direct train ride so it was okay.

Room and washroom size is good. Room is clean and comfortable. The breakfast spread is very good, including adequate options for a vegetarian like me. 'Grab to go' whole fruits and coffee is an excellent idea. The staff is friendly and helpful.

The water kettle in the room is a bit small, and it doesn't have a heat retention feature. The AC remote display is only in Japanese, I had to use the Google translate lens to use it. The trash can is too small.

Its next to the Osaka station

The hotel entrance is a little awkward as it is situated on a bridge linking to the station and its not sheltered, quite troublesome when it rains.

Will stay again when we visit Osaka.

Very convenient and quick access to subway station/JR lines. Had many food choices nearby. Room is clean and comfortable.

Anyone can use the hotel lift without room cards.
