Very good

It's good for a short stay but not something you'd expect from the Imperial hotel.

1. WiFi didn't work well at night. Was unable to send email even after several attempts. 2. Room service's last order was at 21:30, which is way too early.

Exceptional staff and facilities. A little out of the way, but overall we really enjoyed our stay.

The facilities are excellent, our room was very spacious and comfortable. The staff were exceptional.

The breakfast is very limited for Western visitors and very expensive for limited options.

This is a pretty large hotel and you could easily get lost in the building.

I didn't like the pillows provided in the room. It became flat and failed to provide support to your neck after a while.

The room is a little too small and there is no connecting room as I stay with my wife and kids and we booked 2 rooms.

Fabulous hotel, great location and views.

Great location by the river. Easy walk to train station and Osaka Castle. Regular free shuttle to and from Umeda train station in Osaka. Impeccable staff and lovely buffet breakfast. Very clean, with towels and bed linen changed daily.

Extra cost to use the pool.
