No help in sight and totally smelly

There wasnt much to like.

There was a distinct and overwhelming odor that was present throughout the floor and room. Staff was alerted and. I thing was done. Dead animal/body smell. Actually asked for a welfare check to be done. Semen and pubic hairs in the bed.

Disappointing

Interesting building, but services were lacking (especially food service).

Some of the historical elements from the time when the building was an apartment building were preserved.

The breakfast was a huge disappointment. The cafe area was closed, so the breakfast was served at a bar in the lobby area. Food items were in cardboard containers and utensils were plastic. The environment of the lobby was somewhat noisy. People were walking around those of us who were trying to enjoy breakfast. A two-bit experience!

Very poor

Overpriced for what you are getting

Good location next to shopping district.

Most of the staff were rude. The room was clean enough but housekeeping didn't come by one day to refresh towels and linens even though we had stripped the bed for them. Then we had to make our own bed because the housekeepers had already left by the afternoon. Breakfast at the "restaurant" was served in to-go boxes. And the Starbucks closed at 10 am. The pool was closed the whole time, and there was broken equipment in the gym. Not worth the money.
