    The place to stay at Christmas time!
    Its a gorgeous, historic hotel. We stayed here for our honeymoon 40 years ago and decided to return for our 40th anniversary! Everyone treated us like royalty. Our room overlooked the plaza Christmas lights! What a spectacular view. What an exquisite stay!

    Very nice people but too expensive parking fee
    The hotel was exceptional! It is a great building with so much history. But the most important thing to highlight was the people; Mr. Armstrong was very, very friendly, just like his assistant who received us the first night and congratulated us on our wedding, our waitress Angelica and even the bellhops were so kind and gentle. The hotel also, knowing that we would stay there for our honeymoon, left in our room a very kind card and chocolates. We love our stay!
    On our checkout, I got an invoice for a daily parking fee that I hadnt idea (more than $300). I dont remember that somebody told me about it. That was an unpleasant surprise. Even when I got a parking ticket that the hotel gave me when I did the check-in the first night.

    This has a very bed-and-breakfast feel My wife and I really enjoyed that they have great quality coffee in the room personal bathrobes that are more tight fitting and hug your body the staff there is friendly and aims to please They also have the most comfortable bed of any hotel I have slept in we woke up with no pain!

    Overcharged me for an extra night. Charged me for parking for 4 nights, even though I stayed 2 and DIDNT HAVE A CAR!
    Being overcharged and no one contacting me about it. Im giving them 5 business days then Im contacting the BBB.
