    Nice activities for kids and families.
    We love the location and the activities. We came for the Christmas activities again this year. The property is clean however the rooms are dated now and need a revamp we stayed in the executive suite and it was very basic.
    The check in/ check out times are ridiculous. Check in between 3-5pm we didnt get the room until 4.15pm. Check out at 11am the next day with no flexibility when we asked. They introduced this very late check in time during covid and used covid as an excuse as more cleaning was required. Its not Covid anymore. The rooms are so basic and bare that theres no way that 6 hours cleaning time is needed.

    Lack of information about where breakfast is served etc. Check in and out times confusing - different info from hotel compared to booking.com. nothing in the room to tell me where breakfast is served.

    All staff are very welcoming and friendly, the room was clean and warm. Loved the dj in the ballroom for the kids my son enjoyed very much.
    The room was slightly noisy with the festive activities on as our room was above the ballroom.

    fun & relaxing time spent at Crieff Hydro.
    spacious rooms; staff friendliness; location; activities for kids
    Breakfast could have been better. a lot on offer but quality a little lacking (quality of scrambled eggs / bacon)....maybe offer a la carte? poached eggs / avocado / pancakes. Activities are fun and staff excellent but they do work out quite expensive when you have 2 or more children.

    Amazing!
    Overall service was brilliant, food was amazing and great facilities. All very clean and tidy. Staff were great, very helpful!
    The only gripe I have is there is very little adult-only entertainment. I understand it is a family resort but more tailored entertainment would be great.

    Won't be returning through if up to me.
    Breakfast was standard, very busy breakfast hall and noisy.
    The check in manger trying to recharge me for my already paid booking plus an ectra 50, then saying they hadn't received the money from booking.com till I made the person look at my receipt as proof I had paid, no apologie, still insisted on charging me 50? The manner in which a member of management spoke to me and treated me, not a good representation for the hotel. Poor customer service.
