They were very helpful at check in they let upgrade our room which was great ..The only complaint i have 27.00 is way to high for 1 drink so after 1 we started making our own the water slides are great the food was good..We will definitely stay there again..

Overall the stay was fantastic, and we are planning to return in July 2024!

The rooms were nice and spacious, a second bathroom would have been nice. Easy access to the beach. The food and ice cream was delicious. The waterpark was incredible, my granddaughter's favorite part. The staff were so friendly and informative.

everything was great. That second bathroom in the suites would be nice, but we managed. Possibly do some free parking would also be a plus.

Too pricey for what we received.

The water park was nice.

The check-in office was across from the facility and confusing to find the actual check-in desk. The lady who checked us in was rude, never looked at us, she was too busy looking around the office, didnt know how to put a credit card in the system because she said it was locked but we had just used it less than an hour before. Facility makes you pay to park in THEIR parking deck which was not revealed to us before booking. The room was incredibly small for the price. There were too many fees. Also, a week before we arrived we were harassed from the facility to participate in a presentation for their travel club. I received 4 calls in one day and two the next day.
