The staff were polite and nice

Old rooms, leaking aircons, bathroom ceiling leak. Reported to staff but they only brought a towel to soak up the AC leak. Cockroaches in dining area- on table under glass and one on floor by the walkway.

Location near to beach

Internet not stable on our unit. On and off, need to go to lobby for fast connection. Water on rooms should be mineral.

The room was inexpensive and served its purpose for sleeping. Most of the day was spent out on the beach.

Breakfast was good, staff was nice and location was great.

The room smelled of mold/mildew and wasnt in the best shape. There were no available plugs to charge things without unplugging the light or charging in the bathroom. They were doing some construction on other rooms so hopefully theyre making the rounds to all the rooms.

Better find other hotels to stay :(

I love the staffs - they were exceptional! Location is beach front but it is beside the makeshift terminal of tourists who do boat sailing so from time to time, there can be a crowd while youre sunbathing. Of course, you can move a little farther from it.

We booked a suite and 3 deluxe rooms all have issues such as lights (some are not functioning), bath tub has dirt, bed sheets smelled like as if it wasnt changed. :( coordinated with the front desk and yes they did fix it except the lights. It is also located beside a contruction which is not their fault but just saying that it can be a bother as it is quite noisy
