I liked their staff! Theyre very friendly, accommodating and on point. The hotel is right in front of the speedboat floating dock so its very easy to just book for an activity and go!

We were given a 3rd floor room and my mum is already a senior so it is quite hard for her to go up and down.

Good value for money, beachfront location. Older building, no facilities for kids

Great beachfront location at boundary of Stations 1 and 2 which is perfect for the water outdoor activities. Building is one of the older ones and would benefit from upgrading. Back door connects all the way to the circumferential road.

Overall great value for the location and service! Try requesting 1st floor so no stairs!

We enjoyed how you were steps from the beach and close to so many shops and restaurants. Great customer service and loved the free breakfast.

No elevator made it hard for my parents who are retired and disabled. You have to use your key card for the A/C unit and they only give you one. So, you have to ask to open your room if you need to get in and leave the card inside.

We really enjoy our stay.

The price for the location is a super WIN. Beach front with buffet breakfast and the staff are nice and accommodating.

The facilities arent that new but its clean so okay na din.

Lovely location but I would not recommend

Staff were wonderful. Air conditioning worked great but very noisy. Location right on the beach! Imagine having dinner on the sand. But we did not eat there it the food looked good.

Very small television so far and high on the wall that it was difficult to watch. Only news as other channels in other languages. I safe in the room. Had a kettle and cups but no coffee tea etc! There was no shower gel but had shampoo! One should not have to go around getting these things from reception surely the cleaners should do this on a room change over?? The hotel needs to be ventilated.. bad smell in the hallways as they are open from downstairs and cooking smell travels up. End window on top floor needs to be opened to circulate the air. Need new bedding. Sheets were clean but had stains on them. Towels also need replacing. Such a shame really.. it could be a fantastic hotel to stay in if they put these little things right.
