Great place with friendly staff and great location. We enjoyed our stay here. The bed was comfy, the room was large, the aircon cooled down the room super fast. s.

The only small fault was the outside noise (although we were on the 24th floor) woke us up a couple of time

The room was quite spacious compared to other hotes. The rooms were newly renovated, so it looked nice.

The lobby, elevators, and front and back entrance still looked old and unpleasant. The renovation should prioritize these areas as it says a lot of the hotel. That's why my group and I were surprised that the rooms were quite big, nice and newly renovated.

Stay if you dont care about amenities and want food poisoning. Great location. Sad to see the Gem of Cebu turn to trash

Most of the property is closed due to damage/ not maintained. Elevators, pools, all amenities are closed except 1 pool. The breakfast foods are left out overnight for the next day. When they server a new dish its cold. For the price you should stay at Quest instead
