I still love Yello Hotel and still consider this place as my go-to hotel in Cebu

I like the view from the roof deck while having the breakfast buffet. The receptionists are friendly and very accommodating. The guards are very polite and always offer help. The room is clean and has a complete toiletry.

The towels are not white anymore, maybe they need to change their towels or use better detergent to remove some stains. Yello Hotel has been my go-to hotel since 2021, but lately, they always put me on the 2nd floor and when I requested a different floor to see a better view I was told no more rooms available.

Very good

I was a good stay.

Location is great. Near to any establishments. Staff were friendly and accommodating.

The shower room sink was clogged. The used water was draining slowly causing the water to overflow in the room. Dont have telephone on my room.

Overall it was a good stay.

The location is good. It's close to malls, markets and church. The food in the cafe is delicious.

There is no phone in the room. The food in the restaurant is a little bit overpriced for its serving.
