Had a good time. Afraid will not return due pools and deafening entertainment

The staff were excellent... polite, smiling, always happy to help and work hard. Who cares if they are not all fluent in English. I was in their country and I don't speak Turkish! Great location for shopping. Lovely room. So many food outlets to choose from 24 hours a day. Cleanliness.

The pool area is so crammed with sunbeds it's difficult to find a way into the pool. Access into and out of the pool is poor and limited. The ladder variety of access is not sufficient as all blocked by sunbeds and not everyone is fit or tall enough to lever out of pool. The man with the whistle!!!!!!! Just stop!!!!!! After check in you are escorted to your room and shown around it and told info you have already been given on check in then expected to tip for this service that you haven't asked for. The man was quite rude when we explained we had no cash changed yet. Was told he would take other currency. People have cases with wheels for a reason! And having travelled extensively for many years I am more than capable of finding my way around a hotel room. Spoke with many people who said this was not acceptable. This practise needs to be stopped. The only thing that let the room down was lack of bedding and iron/ironing board. It seems you get some kind of tablecloth on the bed that doesn't even cover it and have to request bedding. And the bedding isn't big enough for the king-size beds??? Have NEVER come across this practise in any 2, 3 or 4* hotels let alone a 5*. Why do you only provide bedding on request?? So many people complaining about it. The WiFi was terrible. Sometimes took an hour to get on it and certai nly not high speed. The evening entertainment outside is deafening and goes on until midnight. So don't be expecting to sleep before that. Some of these issues have been mentioned in earlier reviews so doesn't seem like they address anything.

Disappointing

We like the view from our room.

Staff unprofessional. When you are eating, the staff took the plates even though we didnt finish with the meal. Internet very bad and slow. Adults pool not cleaned on daily bases. Very dirty. Jumping in the pool was forbidden, but the staff let the people jump. It is 5 star hotel, but the service is below 2 stars.

Very good

Nice stay as expected but room for improvements.

Easy check-in and check-out service. Food was nice and the hotel was not too busy and crowded in places. All facilities were good. Restaurant was clean and cutlery was individually packed for hygiene reasons which we appreciated. Plenty of car parking available and close proximate to some local shops. Nice dessert shop and coffee bar available in the evenings.

Not all the staff understood English and our room was not cleaned until 5pm everyday. The cleanliness differed between the cleaners and the mini-bar was never topped up until we actually asked for it (after 3 days and everyday request after that). Lacked in towels between 4 people and toilet rolls at times. Indoor pool was out of order and the gym did not have any air conditioning. There was always a spoon crisis in the restaurant - never saw 1 available for the week we stayed there.
