We got 4 beds,separated. Also we are 2 adults 2 child. The room was OK, but it got us by surprise, that there were 2 beds and 2 beds above them. The location is not that good. It fit our needs to cross to Germany, but i think I could find better place. We got to pay for parking 10 euro per day. And the breakfast was OK, but not wow. The price was fair, so overall it is ok

Pretty good all up, just a little noisy

Staff are supremely helpful and friendly. Fantastically close to to town centre.

Train track in front of hotel is noisy. Had to sleep with ear plugs.

Superb

Lovely hotel is a beautiful location. We would return.

Our daughter loved the cabin bed with TV! The staff were friendly and the rooftop bar was lovely. The staff also organised us breakfast early in the morning as we had a train to catch. Location is also great.

Our bedroom overlooked the railway - so was a bit noisy.

Affordable Alpine Adventure: A Review of a Family-Friendly Ski Hotel in Austria

This is our third stay. And our first trip back to Austria since Covid. It was great to see the hotel and town again. From the moment we arrived, the hotel staff made us feel right at home and provided us with all the information we needed to make the most of our stay. The value for money at this hotel was exceptional. We opted for a family room, and it was perfect for our needs. The kids absolutely loved the space/bunk beds. One of the highlights of our stay was the lounge area with a stunning view of the mountains. It was a perfect spot to relax after a day on the slopes and take in the breathtaking scenery. The skyview lounge was beautifully designed and offered a good selection of drinks and snacks. The hotel's location was also very convenient. It was located within walking distance of the town centre, where we found plenty of shops and restaurants to explore. Despite visiting at the end of the ski season and arriving to no snow, the hotel guests were incredibly kind and helpful in pointing us to the nearest skiing areas. The staff at the hotel were also a standout feature. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible. We were especially impressed with the housekeeping staff, who kept our room spotless and tidy throughout our stay.
