    Had to pay for a cup of hot water...not coffee or tea, just plain hot water from the machine, got charged.same.as.a tea...

    New modern hotel with 3 saunas
    Its a new hotel with large wellness area and good access to St Johann ski resort.
    Cheap mattress, too soft. You have to cook eggs yourself for breakfast and the pans were of low quality (its hard not to burn the eggs).

    Clean and modern place with a nice vibe!
    Modern and clean hotel with a nice vibe. The breakfast was solid, the wellness area was great. The room was very utilitarian with plenty of space for cloths and lots of places to hang gear/clothes. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean and modern. Would recommend.

    very good, hotel is well located and equipped to support adventurous travellers be it in the winter or summer
    great facilities, close to town, buses and the slopes
    a tad under staffed meant that the poor people on in the am were struggling to cope with the volume of people and tasks felt for them!!

    staff were excellent.
    No bathrobes, slippers or extra pillows. although good ski bus service in t was only to life and nit railway station.
