    very dirty in the rooms, full of hair everywhere, on the linen, on the floors, etc. very poor breakfast. outdated furniture. the photos and score do not reflect reality

    great find but the beds need sorting and the drains smell in the room
    the location was excellent ns the room location was perfect
    the bed was 2 singles pushed together which meant my partner fell through the gap more than once, also bad smell of drains most mornings in the room (210)

    Very nice little hotel and lovely staff. This is where I shall be staying for all future visits.
    I was working at one of the Shipyards but also wanted to enjoy the city in my free time, so I had to balance the location and it worked perfectly. I made multiple amendments to my stay and the hotel arranged everything perfectly.
    There is nothing that I didn't like. Ideally, the room and desk could have been slightly bigger because I had a lot of work to do.

    Great base to explore Naples
    Great location right on the edge of the old town. Good sized nicely decorated deluxe room with a large bathroom area which was spotlessly clean. All of the staff were brilliant - friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.
    Nothing really. Maybe a bit more variety at breakfast - eg, some muesli or granola - but a decent enough selection. Freshly made coffee was good.

    Cleaning not thorough, slanting slippery floor in the shower, drinks at breakfast served in tiny paper cups
