Very good

fair price- performance ratio.

The price-performance ratio was balanced18 minutes walking distance to the train station and 18 minutes to the Beach. Nice fresh weather, cosy environment. The host is easy to get along with and friendly. Good distributed nutrition shopping opportunities.

Boscombe is quite hilly there are distances where you do have to walk up a hill straight after the beach which in the beginning was quite challenging, view days after you will get more confident while walking up a hill I find. Therefore the beach is a dream. It's worth it anyway.

Excellent Value for a v clean basic stay- Great Staff

Booked for a friend who needed some basic accommodation as a stop gap. Very kind communicative staff, clean facilities and shared bathroom/kitchen. Very good value for money.

Very good

It was good for the money, overall I enjoyed it, and Martin was a very friendly host.

I liked how cozy the room was and how close the place was to a lot of cafes, parks and stores

Shocking

Nothing.

This was not a hotel it was a room in bed sit land. The website stated there was parking. This was on the street if you were lucky. There were mattresses stored at the top of the stairs, apart from smoke detectors no safety features. The room was very small, with bare floorboards on the floor. The mattress was very old with springs creaking continously. The bed was pushed against the wall with no space at the sides. The room next to the bathroom was occupied that left its door open all night. The bathroom was not clean there was a smelly floor mat provided that smelt, one small hand towel supplied to be shared amongst all guests. Of all the rooms I have booked through booking. Com this was by far the worse. In fact we didn't stay the second night and booked elsewhere. In my opinion it should not be on the site.

Disappointing

Good for just one night stop over - overpriced for what it is

Quiet area. Bus stop and supermarkets nearby. Ease of accessing the property and room as well as check out.

Nice property but needs renovation. Room, shared bathroom/toilet as well as kitchen was not very clean. It was advertised as having balcony and private bathroom and there was neither a balcony nor a private bathroom.
