    That it had kitchen facilities. The room was clean with beautiful open wardrobes. Toilet clean
    That five rooms had to share one toilet and bathroom. No mirrors in the rooms. Not able to know whether some residents are guests or landlords.

    We made are own breakfast, But kitchen needs up grading, mould on window frame by sink , cooker switch needs fixing , shower load when using, switches in bathroom needs replaced, mattress is worm out could feel springs, over all very poor gust house,

    Bedroom had no TV, bed was uncomfortable and the bathroom door rattled all night in wind, keeping me awake most of the night. I wouldnt use the kitchen as it was out dated and didnt look particularly clean on first glance.

    Home from home felt really comfortable beautiful clean room nice bedding not the typical white ones which just made it feel more homely.
    The fact there's no tv in he room but luckily I just used my laptop and a suggestion would be to have allocated cupboards and space in fridge and freezer in each room not that there was any issues whilst there using whatever space etc but I feel this would be beneficial.

    I tried to help other travellers to have clues. I gained nothing spoiling someone market, no need
    The first thing I know about B and B is the identification of the location of where you booked. This place has no identification, It is just a normal house. The amount charged for this so-called B and B is ridiculous. paid roughly 50 pounds a night is too much exaggerated, people who rated this place for more than 5 are totally deceiving many people. I booked for 3 nights, I left the place the second night, because, the room has nothing, no single mirror, talkless of any amenities, no TVs, no kettle for a cup of tea, I think about 5 rooms are renting out, but with only one disgusting bathroom, the worst and most horrible bathroom ever, the shower cotton is horrible, the water is stagnant, you are in dirty water while having a shower. I have never experienced such a horrible place in my life. I used hotels a lot, but like this one, I have nothing to compare with. it only making money from the travelers' "a rip off" Boooking.com needs to do more by investigating before accepting B and B or hotels to be advertised on Booking.com.

    Nice place to stay
    Fairly close to the main train station, to the city Center and the seafront. There are long term occupants in the house who are quiet and respectful. The manager is very friendly and helpful
