    Best place for short getaway stay near by the beach.
    Friendly staff and best place go for short getaway near by the beach
    Cleanliness. My room is quite dusty and the floor is still got sandy feeling.

    Check in: staff promised to call when the property is ready for check in. But no calls came. Booked a room for 3, but was told that having toiletries, towels, room slippers and cups for 2 is standard. Need to get the extra set if you need it. Hillview room cant see the hill, only see a blocked view of the beach. The block is not sheltered all the way to reception and breakfast restaurant. Calls to reception and operator have no one to pick up. Massage and spa service is very limited and seemingly not ready for service. 1 adult cockroach in toilet. Power point not available at 2 out of 3 beds.

    All staffs are very friendly and helpful. The location of the room is great with amazing view of ocean and mountain. Our room is just next to the pool, convenient for the kids to go swimming.
    The furnitures are old and really need some upgrade. No internet access from resort wifi.

    Despite looking slightly run down and deserted, this resort vibes tranquility and warmth thanks to the location and hosp
    The hospitality of the staff- kind, helpful and efficient. The lady at the reception, Erzuna if i am not mistaken took an extra mile in helping us with the transport to the city. The breakfast is something that i look forward to daily- greeted with warm smiles and a generous spread of food. Although options might be limited to some, we have no issues going back to the same items a few times! Personally love the waffle & plain porridge! The view- nothing can beat a nice open sea facing a lush greenery.
    The fact that we had to purchase the toiletries in case we left one, or pay for the towels in case we need an extra before the next housekeeping service.

    A nice resort but needs improvement. Staff require extra training.
    Pools were nice and clean. The gardens and environment were clean and tidy. Rooms were tidy.
    Breakfast was poor. Some dishes tasted off, old, previously heated from the buffet the night before. Bread was stale. Eggs undercooked. Restaurant food was average, and we waited over an hour for the dishes. Staff didn't listen to requests for dietary changes to meals. Double charged upon check out for meals.

    Skybar closed early on weekend!
    Friendly staff.. They are all very helpful during my 3d2n stay. Thank you and I really appreciate it.
    I stayed at Chalet, still prefer balcony. Bigger room and more comfortable. 1. Bathtub is dirty. I dnt dare to let my children to bath in the bathtub. 2. I think there's a problem with internet. Im using celcom. Internet quite slow. 3. Water heater issue. Too hot although i already slow down the hot water (red tab). 4. Noisy neighbor. Running and screaming at late nite. This is what u get when stay at Chalet. I did complained about it and thank you to the staff who handle it with professional! 5. One of the reason to stay at Damai Beach compare to Damai Lagoon is because of Skybar. Too bad Skybar was closed early on 2nd December 2023. Boring. Pls open til late night especially during weekend!

    Nice beach view
    The sunset club closes early on a Sunday The morning breakfast was crap. It was so sad a breakfast, Just so so so disappointing lah the food, The convenient store closes at 9pm - which is not convenient at all. WiFi cant connect Just the whole resort is rundown and idk why I came here with my family for.
