Super comfy and convenient for overnight stay with plenty of room to spread out.

Clean, convenient and had all the facilities and features I was after, plus I LOVED the slippers and robe.

Good, but Staff please stop opening cupboards in the hallway

I like the location and the rooms are nice

Extremely noisy the staff/cleanersopen the cupboards in the hallway which are right next to the bedroom, so constantly getting woken up from an early hour, by loud clicking No chance of a sleep in here

Wonderful hotel, but no hot water the whole stay and managed VERY poorly

Lovely modern facilities, comfortable beds and pillows, lovely bathroom and well equipped fridge and mini bar. Happy hour at the bar was the highlight!!

We had no hot water the whole stay (2 nights!) and the hotel managed it poorly. I didnt know as they never communicated anything, and I was standing in the shower waiting for the hot water to come and it didnt so I called reception to tell them and they said yes theres no hot water to the whole tower and they hope to fix it by the evening (I had called them at 9am!!). They offered to let me into another room to shower (only shower, not room relocation!) but we didnt stay there to be running across rooms and towers every time we needed to shower! I decided Id wait until evening, however the evening came and no hot water so I had a cold shower, woke up next morning thinking itd be all good but nope no hot water again. Meanwhile there were NO updates on this from the hotel at any point! On checkout there was no sense of recognising that this was a huge fk up and inconvenience! I asked for the room rate to be adjusted as full facilities were not provided which is what I paid for, and was told no they cant do anything. At $200 per night, Im pretty disappointed with the offering and management of this! The best they can do was waive my 2 days parking of $30 which was a charge on top of the room rate! The hotel managed this so poorly, no communications, no sense of recognition that this is a huge inconvenience to travellers who like us had events to get to and needed to get showered and ready pre and post event! Ended up smelling like a fire pit in bed because I couldnt shower to wash the fire pit smoke smell off me! Biggest shamble and management of such an issue from any place Ive stayed at.
