Stay was comfortable and conveniently located but 2nd bedroom disappointing.
Location was great, rooms and apartment was spacious and very comfortable.
The second bedroom was internal with no window and no natural light. This was hot and stuffy with no airflow for both daughters to sleep in. We did not know this when booking.
Despite having a full kitchen, it was inadequately stocked for managing and serving food.

Lousy 4 star accommodation in a nice surrounding
Staff members were helpful. Location was great. Parking was very good.
There was no air conditioning in the room despite switching on the unit a few times. It was switched off centrally. Carpets in the room and in corridors were smelly which was made worse by lack of air conditioning. Another customer complained about the air conditioning in his room when we were at the reception. He also demanded a refund as he and his family could not stay there without air conditioning. Room didn't have a microwave despite being 4 star accommodation. Shower room didn't have a door to close. The bed was uncomfortable, nothing like the photo. The room was above entrance and was not sound proof which was disturbing. Complementary food stuff seemed old and had no expiry date on them (except water bottles)! A health hazard.

This is my third stay at the Knightsbridge and I will be back again!
Wonderfully comfortable bed, huge bathroom and very clean. Excellent location in Kingston - close to everything the area has to offer.
The hallway carpets look like they're water stained and let down the otherwise lux feel of the hotel.
