The shower was sooo bad. And the beds were soo hard . Ive had back pains since sleeping there

Quiet, spacious apartment, beautiful rooms and bathroom.

This place was quiet, very clean and staff was very welcoming and friendly, we just stayed overnight but the room given to us was spacious, beautiful and bed was comfortable wish we stayed much longer.

It was very clean, looks onto a golf course, easy parking.

There is no room service, its a serviced apartment rather than a hotel so was disappointed in the instant coffee also I dont mind it being dog friendly, but there should be consideration to not put dogs in units close to each other, was kept up all night with them barking at each other.

The abode is in a great location, its a 5 minute drive to Kingston Foreshore, Manuka and the Fyshwick shops. The facilities in the rooms are fantastic and we were given a $10 voucher to use in the hotel pantry.

Adjoining rooms can be noisy so I would request a non-adjoining room in future

Reasonable accommodation that could be improved

Rooms comfortable and pet friendly. Location to our needs was excellent.

Room was only serviced once in 6 night stay yet they charge. $50 per night as a pet cleaning fee. The hotel cleaned the room less and while I understand there needs to be a more thorough clean for pets - $300 is a bit excessive! Additionally the room had broken glass on the floor when we entered teg room so one wonders how thorough the cleaners operate. This is the 3rd or 4th time weve stayed at Abode and was the most disappointing
