Disappointing

Good room but bad wifi and no one clean the room.

The staff is so friendly. The room is quiet.

The Wi-Fi is not working, so we can't use it. No housekeeping.

Good

Comfortable short stay. Staff friendly

Easy Parking, both within and on street. Good Location. Comfortable room, Nice Breakfast. room located away from lifts as requested. Very efficient Reception.

SInk in the bathroom did not drain properly, and seemed to be blocked. We didn't use the kettle due to a scum at the bottom, as it looked like someone had tried to boil milk or something in the kettle.

Superb

Most things OK. Quiet area of hotel. Location was close to things we wanted to see

Room was comfortable. We were booked into a quite area of the Motel.

Confusion with the parking as it was in the building next door. Parking ticket didn't work for us but sorted out in the end. Also buffet breakfast scrambled eggs was cold both mornings
