Best hotel in Istanbul. Great location close to taksim yet far away from noise. Great staff and facilities. My second stay with them , definitely will come back

Nice, family friendly, staff was really nice and hotel was clean.

The location was really nice breakfast, and other restaurants were as well.

Given the amount of room, the size was small, and daily fruit was not served in the room.

I like the location so near to everything, and clean hotel , also the Lady her name is Shafa Mustafayeva . She is so nice and book for us anything we want like restaurants or trip .. she has a nice smile .

He asked me if I have a Turkish identity card even though I am a EU citizen (Romanian citizen) and booked as an EU citizen. Since I speak native level Turkish, my identity was shortly questioned. The receptionist was judgmental about me staying only less than 1 day, considering other customers staying longer. But I had booked it days ago and they knew that I was going to return early in the morning without breakfast, even though I paid it too. Then I was asked to write down my phone number and e-mail adress, since they told me that they do not trust bookings from booking.com, since people can save fake e-mail addresses or phone numbers. After I wrote down them they served. I paid with Euros. But they gave the rest in Turkish liras. The white towels in the bathroom had traces of brown tird and metallic orange colour. The entrance and the exit are not shown with signs. So I went on the left sight of the christmad tree since there were no signs. But the exit was on the right where the entrance is. Directional sign were missing. If you value high hygiene, this 5 star hotel cannot give it to you. See the white towels in the bathroom.
