The staff at check in, restaurants, room service. They need proper training to provide the Ritz experience. Guest relations manager Bora did a lot of work on service recovery & we are thankful to him to help make our stay memorable towards the end.

Beautiful Family Vacation at The Ritz- Carlton, Istanbul.
Very attentive staff and great facilities and services. We stayed in the Park View Suite (spacious and very good for 2 adults and 2 children) so had access to the Club Lounge. Breakfast and other food at the Club lounge was included and was excellent. They also had a Happy Hour everyday which was great after spending the day visiting the beautiful sites in the city.
