    The rating online was high but our room was dirty. The door had a huge gap on the bottom cold air was gushing in. Toilet seat broken.

    All facets were dripping. The bed was made so the sheets weren't tucked in.

    We ask for a disability room king and we got a king but there was no way shape or form that it was a handicap room. It had a tub no hand rails at all. It had a regular toilet it had no hand rails and the bed was so high that I couldn't hardly get into it. I didn't enjoy my birthday present early at all. Was very disappointed. Will not recommend this hotel at all.
