Cheap & clean.

Older facilities but clean. Similar to visiting great-great grandma at nursing facility. Basic, plain, old, but decently clean.

Gap in curtains, moved a chair to hold curtains flat so no one could peek through the gap into the room.

Almost all good

The room was very good, all except for 1front desk clerk the staff was all great. We met 2 front desk clerks. The morning clerk was great. The lady overseeing the breakfast was great and the owner was great.

My car being damaged at there hotel and them not helping me . Both nights of our stay my car was damaged, the 1st night the driver door was damaged, they reviewed the camera footage and said they seen nothing. The next night the entire drivers side was badly damaged. They said that we needed to file it on our insurance, there was nothing they could do.

Cozy room, great location, nice staff, awesome biscuits and gravy

The toilet seat was unusually small, and there was really low variety of warm breakfast options. No sausage, French toast, ect.

I would stay here again great stay especially for the price we paid !

The location was perfect. It wasnt directly on the strip but very close to any thing you wanted to do. It was so much easier to get in and out of this hotel versus being on the strip. The older lady who is in charge of breakfast was very friendly.

The pool is seasonal. I wish they had an indoor pool or hot tub for winter months.

Best Motel on Shepard of Hills Expressway!!

Willow Tree Inn staff has always been smiling when you check in for your room key, and rooms are spacious and clean .

Not much , maybe the king-size bed could be more comfortable, and sure would be nice to have an ottoman to put your feet on or recliners .
