There is no air conditioning. It was 38 degrees when we arrived and we were provided two pedestal fans. Two of our group booked another hotel immediately. We had to sleep with all the windows open and both fans in the one room. Luckily the are is pretty quiet.
It is not a three bedroom house - it is a one bedroom house with two single beds in the lounge room and one in a hallway. There is very little privacy except for the main bedroom. The two single beds means there is nowhere to sit except at the dinner table in the middle of the same room.
Bathroom - one shower door was missing meaning the floor gets a bit wet. The toilet seat is wonky and coming off and the washing machine doesnt work properly - it gets stuck on the first drain cycle meaning the clothes dont go through a full wash cycle. The only way to fix it is by running a spin/rinse cycle.
The kitchen facilities appeared ok but we didnt use them as we dined out.
The owners were there to welcome us and the husband had no shame in trying to cross sell us with the services of the private boat hire company he had.
It is up a bit of a hill and about a 15-20 minute walk from the train station and main square.
The outdoor sitting area is a nice touch but you share it with the people living upstairs and it is not very clean - could do with a good sweep.
