Will never be going back to this Hotel

It's not easy to express the time i spent. Day 1 onwards challenge starts.. Heating not working , take shower water runs out on floor even you put curtain or whatever available. After multiple complaint too heating not resolved. Second day same problem continued even after complaining too Reception desk. No one addressed..,. Finally day 3 in night we got our room changed. Sofa in room, the seats were ripped. Requested for basic housekeeping but even that's not done. I don't know why it's so hard to have a basic thing available when you charge this much. It was just a bad experience for my Client and for me.

Very good

Great for temp stay needs

Room was clean and spacious. Equipped with a fridge, large amount of closet space, decent sized bathroom, coffee machine and also had complimentary water bottles available. Temperature is regulated with central A/C which added comfort to stay. Also if needed, they do offer connecting rooms.

Water temp is not always warm or hot. I dislike this because when Im ready to shower I expect for the water to at least be bare-ably warm at any given time. Also, a thing to note is that the main 2 elevators are a bit weird. They do not service on command, meaning that if even if they are ascending/descending, the elevators will continue to move in that direction, and then make its way to you (youll understand better once seeing them in action). What could have made this stay better is having an in room microwave, USB adapter lamps and warmer shower water at any given time.
