Disappointing

There are better options for the same price

When I requested clean towels, I was promptly assisted

I stayed at the hotel and the first issue is the paid parking, which has an exorbitant fee. The second problem is that there is no minibar in the rooms. The third issue is the lack of drawers in the bathroom.

The hotel exceeded our expectations having come from a crazily expensive hotel in Las Vegas that couldnt even do the basics. This hotel is the top hotel we have stayed in out of the five we have used in our California trip. Absolutely perfect in every way

Very happy and will certainly stay with Double Tree again !!

Parking was great, the room was very comfortable with a awesome view. The location was right in HAZARD Center with lots to do and explore.

Not satisfied as is not worth the price.

The location is really convenient if you plan to visit near by places. We used the trolley to go to places. Staff was very kind and helpful.

The parking is expensive $34 per day and the room was really in very bad condition, with mold on the walls under the curtains, old and in bad shape furniture, stained lamp, no fridge. It is not worth to pay the price for these facilities. Won't recommend staying there.
