Superb

Great place to stay comfortably and nice staff to deal with.

Staff at reception were very friendly and helpful. They made our stay comfortable. When we asked to fix the curtain, they immediately upgraded the room to suit. That was great. I will always stay here in Downtown hotel.

It is worth to mention Mr. Ahmed and Aya who made their best to make us happy while cleaning the room and provided the best service. Thank you Ahmed and Aya.

I've experienced much better for less money....empathy for your guests goes a long way.

The location was the best thing about this hotel.

I totally understand hotels are in the business for the MONEY.....and I understand they are not a charity organizations....HOWEVER, if a number of your customers are arriving at odd hours outside the normal check-in hours, allowing your customers to check-in (without an extra fee) would go a LONG WAYS to show appreciation towards their customers......especially if the room isn't occupied when the customer arrives.
