    The Hilton Amman offers a comfortable stay with nice rooms and good amenities. The staff are friendly and provide excellent service, going above and beyond to be helpful. The hotel is in a good locat (Read More)ion and the breakfast is delicious. However, there were some issues with the controls in the room, making it tricky to use. The central heating system was also difficult to turn off, leading to a slightly unpleasant sleeping experience. Overall, it is a modern and well-designed hotel with great service.

    I highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking comfortable and pleasant stay where hospitality meets luxury seamlessly. Also I would like to express my appreciation for the exceptional service provided by this hotel. The commitment to excellence displayed by Mr. Yousef, Mr. Rami who were responsible for breakfast and dinner, Mr. Ahmad, and the entire hotel staff was exemplary.

    I highly recommend this amazing hotel and the breakfast.
    From the moment we arrived until we departed, everything was fantastic. The front desk staff provided exceptional service during our check-in process. They kindly upgraded our rooms and also offered us complimentary breakfast. Later on, they followed up with us to see if we needed any further assistance during our stay.I've stayed at many Hilton Hotels, but Amman's Hilton was exceptional. The staff was professional and friendly. Unfortunately, our stay was short, but I would definitely visit again. The breakfast was absolutely delicious and Rami the manager was extremely kind and attentive.

    Great staff and attention to detail
    King size bed was very comfortable and breakfast was amazing. Staff was incredibly attentive and helpful.
    Weather was unusually warm and so was our room. the building system had been changed to heat so AC not available.

    The spa and treatment was very good.
    Location wasnt good as described. Very noisy loud music and wedding functions playing till late night without notices and called a few times to change my room but no call backs. Lost item not reported until I realised and called myself to then pick it up. Flush in the toilet needs to push few times before it works
