    Overall experience was great we booked two rooms including breakfast, the breakfast was very nice with a wide selection of foods and drink options . On the last day we asked if our checkout could be delayed the staff offerd us a free late checkout which was great

    Great time in Amman
    The hotel is new with a modern design lobby . The staff was very welcoming and helpful. The room dining wre amazing the kept sending us free juices and dessert
    The security staff are blocking the hotel entrance most of the time.The room toilet washing basin is old fashioned to upgrade with HASTE.

    Terrible response from staff when complained about noise, denied there was a problem even though I slept in lobby as una
    It is a pretty hotel
    Very noisy, had to spend a night sleeping in the lobby on a couch because of outside music. When the management organised a quieter though smaller and cheaper room for the next two nights, they would not refund the difference in room rate!!!!!

    To me nothing can be improve because our time at St Regis Amman was perfect even knowing perfection is hard to achieve

    They were able to make me special food as I was having some stomach ache. They made me an incredible vegetable soup. Also we missed breakfast and staff made us an incredible fruit lunch to take away.
