There is so much to love about this hotel! The location is great, right in the middle of historic Santa Fe. The staff was welcoming. Our room was quite large, with a very large bathroom that had a tub and a shower. The bed was large and comfortable, there was a nice sitting area and the heating worked well.
We were allowed three free drinks (including cocktails) every night, during the Kickback time, which also included various snacks like hot dogs and mac N cheese.
We would love to stay here again in the future.
The only available parking is valet parking, which is 28 USD per night. A bit on the pricey side, but you do get to stay right in the middle of Santa Fe.
There was a strong smell of smoke (presumably from wood fires around town) coming into our room at around 5 pm every afternoon. This resulted in irritated eyes and some minor lung irritation on the first two nights. The staff was helpful, but other than providing a fan there was little to be done.

My favorite!
Outstanding breakfast and happy hour. The staff was exceptional. Customer service was wonderful. They were helpful and friendly. The location is perfect to walk downtown and walk to Canyon Road. Very clean, smelled good, nice weight room, restaurant/bar was great. The valet service was fast. It was a 5-star experience! Exceptional! I can't speak highly enough about our stay!

Great stay, will stay here again when returning to Santa Fe.
The front staff was wonderful, specially the gentle man who checked us in, unfortunately I didnt get his name but he was wonderful, made us feel welcomed. The valet staff were amazing as well.
We really enjoyed everything, the only issues I could mentioned was there was a section of the flooring in our room #348 that was lose under the carpet.

Beautiful hotel with great staff. The location was near the plaza and it was a short walk to get there. Breakfast was good and the evening happy hour was good. It was enough to be a small dinner. We will be back.

Really enjoyable stay with a night swim overlooking the lights of the town a must.
Hotel is lovely with helpful staff. Great pool and jacuzzi on the roof and location was great, close to downtown and also had valet parking.
Breakfast wasn't my favourite...don't get me wrong you have all kinds of everything but because its out a long time it's not the hottest or freshest... personally i'd prefer less volume and choice but better quality...little and often. I know it's hard, it may be just an american thing.

WONDERFUL place! We were treated like family. I'd like to give a special thanks to Kenneth at the front desk, he's a GREAT host and I'm so glad we got a chance to me him. The rooms are spacious and immaculate. We felt extremely comfortable here, so we will definitely be back! Thank you, Drury, for a an exceptional Thanksgiving!
Although, I spent a lovely Thanksgiving here, my only complaint is the daily parking fee of $28. That's just not right, but it won't stop me from coming back.
